Here at The Rapha Centre we have 8 different
toning beds each dedicated to exercising a specific part of the
body.
WHO
CAN BENEFIT FROM THEM?
Anyone
can! From those who just want to shape up, correct their
structure and generally feel fitter, to those with an inability
to exercise for whatever reason, ill health, structural problems
or a sports related injury. Every bed is used in your programme
of exercise.
The beds can be used at 2 levels
• Basic Passive Level – the bed does all the work,
great for losing inches.
• Advanced Work Out Level – you work with the bed
by incorporating specially designed exercises. This increases
the heart rate, burns calories, result is inch and weight loss.
