PREPARING YOUR APPOINTMENT
For THE RAPHA TESTING METHOD

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the Rapha Centre Testing Method.

WE NEED TO TEST YOUR MEDICATION

We need to test any medication or supplements that you are taking to make sure they are compatible for you. Therefore please bring a sample of your medication and supplements, we will also need to know the daily dosage you take e.g. if you take 2 doses a day, bring in 2 tablets.

FILL OUT THE PATIENT FORM

Please contact us to request a patient form which we will mail out for you to complete and bring with you. Alternatively you can always complete our form at the Centre on arrival. In this case please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.

PLEASE INFORM OUR TEAM

If you do carry a pace maker, currently follow a chemotherapy treatment or have had recent vaccinations, please inform our team on arrival. We want to perform the test on the most appropriate Vega device for you.

PREPARE ANY QUESTIONS

We would like to answer as much of your questions as we can, so please feel free to write them on paper for us.

You are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you to help you during the appointment.

PRICES

The price for the adult test will be £117.00 for the child test the cost is £75.00 plus the cost of the supplements needed. Please enclose a cheque, or send your credit, switch card details making sure you give us the expiry date for a credit card.
For a switch card we need the issue or valid from date and expiry date.
